Cynthia Reynolds is founder and systems architect for Circular Regions, a decentralised network that supports systemic place-based innovation for Regional Circular Economies. The focus of Cynthia’s work is on Regional Hubs powered with the digital infrastructure to support public/private partnerships, cross-sector collaboration, dynamic data, matchmaking and enabling local value creation and new green jobs that demonstrate concrete systemic solutions.
