Tessy Britton is Founding Chief Executive of Participatory City Foundation, working with residents and local government in Barking and Dagenham, London to research and prototype new approaches to community participation - the focus is on the need to shift the model from a network of micro-organisations to an adaptive and scalable system of participation. Tessy also works on a number of international projects, including supporting Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayor’s Challenge.
